Legalisation of Unauthorised Structures — Deadline 31 March 2028
The legalisation of unauthorised structures is essential for legitimising your property, enabling its sale or financing and avoiding future inspections. The deadline for categories 1-4 has been extended to 31 March 2028.

An EPC is mandatory for buildings of 50 sq.m. and above in the following cases::
- 1New tenancy of an apartment, house or commercial premises
- 2Purchase or sale of a building or part of a building
- 3Completion of a new or radically renovated building
- 4Inclusion in the Exoikonomo programme (1st and 2nd certificate)
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
We undertake energy inspections and the issuance of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for residential and commercial spaces.
Safety Engineer
By law, every business that employs even one worker is required to have a Safety Engineer (P.D. 17/96, Article 4). Our engineers provide organised safety engineer services and are on hand for any related need.
